π₯β¨ BREAK THE RULES WITH BUBBLES! β¨π₯
Our 2024 Blanc de Blanc is postmodernism in a glass - refusing to recognise any single definition of what sparkling wine should be! πΎ

Art Word - Postmodernism: Anti-authoritarianism characteristsics that lets the spirit run free! Just as art should be unbounded, so should your sparkling wine! π¨
In Your Glass:
π Fresh, lively Prosecco-style sparkle
π Granny Smith apple meets Nashi fruit
πΈ Delicate whiffs of jasmine
β¨ 100% Chardonnay magic
This is what happens when our winemaker, Mike Hayes refuses to play by the rules... pure delicious rebellion in every bubble!

ππΆ AUTUMN WEEKENDS IN THE GRANITE BELT FEEL LIKE THIS... πΆπ
Golden light filtering through the vines. Warmth by day, and the crispness of autumn evenings kissing your skin after sunset. A glass of award-winning wine in hand. And the most beautiful live music drifting across the vineyard...
This is what weekends were meant to feel like. π
THIS WEEKEND`S FREE LIVE MUSIC:
πΈ SATURDAY: Briar Blundell (12-3pm) + Nine Year Sister (3-7pm)
π΅ SUNDAY: Nine Year Sister (12-4pm)
There`s something profoundly special about live music in a vineyard during autumn. The way melodies seem to float on the breeze. How the afternoon sun creates that perfect warm glow. The feeling of being completely present in a moment you never want to end...
This isn`t just a day trip. It`s a feeling. An experience. A memory being made. β¨
Pair it with exceptional wine, delicious food, and those endless Granite Belt views... and you`ve got the kind of weekend that stays with you long after the last note fades.
