A bronze, ruddy colour for rosé in the glass. That’s ok. It has a savoury bent to taste, lots of woodsy, peppery, earthy spice characters with dried cranberry, rosehip tea, light, tart cherry characters and some brined green olive in the mix, too. A little creaminess to texture. Also some grip, a haze and a dry, pretty but spicy finish, with lingering clove and cinnamon. An attractive, savoury and very dry rosé.
