A silky, highly perfumed, spicy, savoury red with crisp alpine herb nuance and a lift of botanicals and florals in the mix. This is beautiful. So fine boned, with crushed rock minerality and a kitten tongue tannin profile. Great extension of flavour with poise and finesse as bywords. It does well in its minimalism, leaning into its ‘syrah’ credentials, and feels uplifting and fine overall. A sleek and elegant wine indeed.
